Are you Ready?

This Valentine’s season, our brokerage proudly hosted Share the Warmth, Share the Love, a community-focused initiative that took place February 6–13.

The event brought together community members to celebrate care, comfort, and connection while supporting individuals experiencing homelessness during the coldest months of the year. Visitors stopped by to enjoy a Valentine sweet and had the opportunity to donate winter essentials or contribute toward care packages designed to provide warmth, dignity, and comfort.

Thanks to the generosity of our community, we collected:

12 women’s jackets and 5 women’s coats

18 children’s jackets and 6 children’s coats

5 men’s jackets

1 pair of men’s shoes

4 hats

In total, 51 essential winter items were gathered to help provide protection and warmth to those in need. In addition to physical donations, monetary contributions were used to assemble thoughtfully prepared care packages filled with items such as socks, gloves, beanies, and blankets to address immediate needs during harsh winter conditions.

This initiative reflects our brokerage’s commitment to community involvement and compassionate leadership. We believe real estate is about more than property — it’s about people, and creating spaces where care extends beyond our own walls.

Our brokerage is proud to serve as an Ivy Sponsor of the Roses & Rosé Cocktail Soirée, celebrating the 40th Anniversary of Pi Alpha Omega Chapter and the annual fundraising event of Ivy & Roses Community Fund, Inc. This unforgettable evening took place on Saturday, September 20, 2025, and represents a meaningful intersection of culture, community, and commitment.

As an Ivy Sponsor, our brokerage’s support granted an HBCU Book Scholarship valued at $250 to Trinity Clay of Spelman College —a direct investment in educational access and student success.

The Roses & Rosé Cocktail Soirée is truly one-of-a-kind. Guests took a journey through the arts, featuring a special tribute to the legendary Gladys Knight, a heartfelt salute to Historically Black Colleges and Universities, and the presentation of Ivy & Roses Community Fund scholars. The evening also included a special presentation by the 2024 Pi Alpha Omega line, and an atmosphere filled with music, dancing, and celebration.

We are honored to stand alongside Pi Alpha Omega and Ivy & Roses Community Fund, Inc. in creating pathways to opportunity and preserving the rich legacy of service.

Triple Nickle Remembrance Run – August 30, 2025
This inaugural 5.55-mile run, hosted by the Tau Gamma Gamma Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., took place at Fort Bragg, NC, in honor of the 555th Parachute Infantry Battalion — the Triple Nickle.

As the first all-Black airborne unit in U.S. military history, the Triple Nickle blazed trails of courage, resilience, and change. Though segregation kept them from overseas combat, these paratroopers took on a vital mission at home: Operation Firefly, where they bravely parachuted into wildfire zones as smokejumpers, protecting lives and land.
